Return Policy

At GoodHealth Medtech Pvt. Ltd., we understand the critical nature of medical products and strive to provide only the best quality. Our Return Policy ensures that if there is a valid reason, you can return your product within a defined window under the terms below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return if:
  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The product is incomplete or does not match the order placed.
  • The product is covered under a return clause as per the manufacturer.

 

2. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with labels, manuals, and invoice.
  • Consumable items such as sutures, surgical blades, or sterile disposables cannot be returned if the seal is broken or packaging is tampered with.
  • Diagnostic equipment (e.g., Oscar2 ABPM, Biocalculus) may be subject to inspection by our team or the manufacturer before accepting the return.

 

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at “info@ghmt.in” with your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  • Provide clear photos of the product/packaging if applicable.
  • If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or return shipment.
  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a replacement, credit note, or initiate refund as applicable.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will arrange a free pickup.
  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
