Consumable items such as sutures, surgical blades, or sterile disposables cannot be returned if the seal is broken or packaging is tampered with.

Diagnostic equipment (e.g., Oscar2 ABPM, Biocalculus) may be subject to inspection by our team or the manufacturer before accepting the return.
3. Return Process
