Refund Policy

At GoodHealth Medtech Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry best practices for medical devices and consumables.   1. ligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the item(s) ordered.
  • The product is not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing fault (subject to verification).
  • The product is eligible for return/refund under the terms specified by the manufacturer or supplier.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of medical products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used surgical consumables (e.g.stab knives, disposable items).
  • Customized, sterilized, or special-order items.
  • Any item returned after 7 days from the date of delivery, unless covered under warranty or as per manufacturer’s policy.
  • Products without original packaging, user manuals, and accessories.

 

  1. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at “info@ghmt.in” within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for refund with supporting photos or documents, if applicable.
  • Once verified, we will notify you about the eligibility of your refund.
  • If approved, you will be required to return the product in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Refunds will include the full value of the product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

 

  1. Warranty Claims

Products such as Oscar2 ABPM and other diagnostic equipment may be covered under manufacturer warranties. For such cases, please refer to the product-specific warranty terms or contact us for assistance in filing a claim.

 

 

  1. Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and standard refund/return policies will apply.
